The client wanted a backyard that is perfect for lap swimming and channeling their favorite vacation vibes from Hawaii. So, I designed their backyard to offer a relaxed island lifestyle the moment they step out of the house, with luxury resort and nature-based experiences. Ideas and inspiration are drawn from the Maldives and Hawaii, featuring bright blue waters and a tile-mimicked wooden deck that seamlessly flows from indoors to the ocean.

 

It features an infinity-edge spa that mirrors the sky, an aluminum patio cover with a soft white canvas canopy for controlling sunlight, and chic café lights that create a cozy ambiance over an outdoor kitchen and dining area. This setup is all about effortless elegance, tropical modern style, and creating a perfect spot for family fun and relaxation.
